Plain-English terms for a free service. By using commie.host you agree to these.

1. What commie.host is

Commie.host provides free static website hosting on subdomains of commie.host (and affiliated domains). It is a "themed" service — the branding is satirical Soviet propaganda — but the hosting is real and offered in good faith.

2. Your content, your responsibility

You own the content you upload. You are solely responsible for it, and you represent that you have the right to publish it and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or any law. Commie.host does not pre-screen content, but we may review it in response to a report.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use commie.host to host or distribute:

• Phishing, fraud, or attempts to steal credentials or money.
• Malware, viruses, exploits, or instructions for building them.
• Content that is illegal where you live or where the service operates.
• Content that impersonates a person, brand, or service.
• Spam infrastructure, or content primarily intended to abuse or harass individuals.
• Copyrighted material you do not have the right to distribute.

4. Static hosting only

The free tier hosts static files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and similar). Server-side code, databases, and arbitrary compute are not supported. AI-built sites are single-file and rate-limited.

5. Abuse and removal

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a site violates these terms, we may remove it, with or without notice. If you believe a site is abusive, use the report feature. We take down genuine abuse and, where required, will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

6. Termination

You may stop using commie.host at any time; you can download your files (see the dashboard's backup button) before leaving. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for prolonged inactivity, or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your files but make no guarantee of indefinite availability.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for data loss, interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service. By using a free service, you accept this.

8. Privacy, briefly

We store the minimum needed to run the service: your claimed subdomain, an optional contact email, view counts, and any content you upload. We do not sell your data. Contact-form and abuse-report messages are stored for review by the operator.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at this page.
